Dr. Amer is a highly
professional academic consultant with over 24 years
of experience in nursing, EMS and allied health
education in health institutes and colleges in
government and private sector in the kingdom Saudi
Arabia. In 1987 Dr. Amer got his Bachelor degree in
nursing from Jordan universities and in the year
1996 was awarded his master degree in nursing
education and in 2000 a Doctorate in nursing
education from USA Universities, in 2010 he became
certified as an EMT Paramedic from the Australasian
Registry of Emergency Medicine Technicians (AREMT).

Dr. Amer is one of
the founders of ministry of health colleges and
institutes, was the first to start and manage the
first private health institutes in the Saudi Arabia
in 1999.
Throughout his
career Dr. Amer hold many positions from Nursing
Instructor, Head of Nursing Department in ministry
health colleges, and Executive Manager in the first
private health institute in Saudi Arabia, Education
and Training Consultant in hospital settings,
Academic Consultant for a group of 14 health
institutes, Executive Director for a specialized
medical center and finally the Supervisor General of
the prestigious Emergency Medicine Institutes in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Amer has been an
instructor for specialized courses like Basic life
Support (BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS),
International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), Airway
Intervention and Management in Emergencies (AIME),
Access, First Aid and Emergency Vehicle Operation
Course (EVOC). Also taught all nursing courses and
been a lead instructor in the EMT Paramedic Program.
Dr. Amer is an
independent, goal oriented, open minded, hard
worker, enthusiastic, self determine, practical and
a team leader who believes in making things happen.
